Operational assessment and F&B conceptualization for a resort in the Costa Blanca. The project helped structure the hotel’s gastronomic offer, redefine the role of its 5 outlets and build a more attractive, diverse and guest-connected F&B vision.

The focus of the project was to transform a mainly functional F&B offer into a clearer, more intentional and value-driven gastronomic ecosystem within the resort.
The work combined space assessment, guest experience analysis, operational review and concept development. The aim was to understand the role each outlet should play, how its appeal could be improved and how gastronomy could contribute to a more complete experience for guests, residents and visitors from the surrounding development.
