Project narrative

The focus of the project was to redefine the role of In-Room Dining within the contemporary hotel experience, moving from a purely operational service to a more flexible, guest-centric and experiential approach.

The work structured different service models —from refreshed traditional formats to on-demand and hybrid solutions— under a shared logic: enhancing the guest experience, supporting operational clarity and helping each hotel identify the most relevant model according to its brand, location and guest profile.
