I’ve learned that the edge rarely comes from a “brilliant idea.” It comes from understanding who you’re serving and why—habits, local consumption culture, and true market fit. A more anthropological lens, applied in practice and grounded in reality.

Over time, I’ve seen many well-designed concepts fall for two simple reasons: the role isn’t clearly defined, or aesthetics get mistaken for positioning.

I work with ownership and leadership teams to translate that reading into real decisions—alignment with the market, the asset’s positioning, and what the operating model can truly sustain, without losing coherence or viability.
