Space programming and conceptual visioning for the repositioning of an iconic beach club in Marbella. The project helped reinterpret the asset’s potential, structure its F&B uses and explore new experience territories linked to Mediterranean lifestyle.

The focus of the project was to define an F&B vision capable of updating La Cabane while preserving its historical recognition and its connection to the Los Monteros environment.
The work combined market analysis, demand reading, beach club benchmarking and space programming. The aim was to understand how the asset could evolve into a more contemporary proposition, with stronger attraction power, clearer use articulation and a more complete all-day experience.
