The focus of the project was to assess how Castellana 200’s F&B offer should be positioned within an area shaped by office density, established restaurants and emerging gastronomic destinations.
The work combined market analysis, trend review, competitive benchmarking, food hall research and consumer profile assessment. The aim was to identify what type of proposition could add the most value to the asset, distinguishing between more functional, agile and everyday formats, and spaces with stronger experiential potential.
