The focus of the project was to build a clear reading of Mexico City’s F&B market from a hotel perspective, combining destination data, area analysis, gastronomic trends and competitive benchmarking.
The work helped identify which types of concepts were gaining relevance, how different urban hotspots behaved, and what opportunities could exist for an international hotel brand in a highly dynamic, sophisticated and culturally rich market.
