Concept development for a contemporary wine bar and colmado in Madrid. The project helped transform an informal F&B idea into a complete brand experience, shaping the food offer, drinks, service, space, retail layer and visual identity.

The focus of the project was to build a concept capable of recovering the spirit of the traditional Spanish wine bar and translating it into a more contemporary, playful and recognizable language.
The work started from a clear value proposition: quality product, familiar codes, agile service and a brand experience with personality. From there, the concept pillars were defined, from preserves, aperitivo, boards and toasted sandwiches to wines, vermouth, craft beer and retail formats.
