The focus of the project was to understand how an exceptionally located space could become a reference F&B proposition in Barcelona.
The work combined market reading, competitive context analysis, understanding of local and tourist potential, and operator search aligned with the scale and visibility of the asset.
The aim was to build a clear commercial narrative to present the opportunity to brands capable of bringing concept, experience, operational strength and urban appeal.
