F&B market assessment and concept visioning for a historic hotel in Mallorca. The project helped interpret the island’s gastronomic context and define a more contemporary outlet proposition connected to local product, Balearic culture and a high-end hotel experience.

The focus of the project was to identify how F&B could strengthen Castillo Hotel Son Vida’s positioning as a gastronomic destination within Mallorca’s hotel market.
The work combined local trend analysis, hotel benchmarking, review of relevant concepts, mapping of local chefs and conceptual visioning for the hotel’s dining spaces.
The aim was to build a proposition able to balance Balearic identity, international appeal and lifestyle experience, leveraging the heritage character of the asset and its privileged relationship with the landscape.
