Market assessment and preliminary F&B vision for a lifestyle hotel located in one of Budapest’s most emblematic historic buildings. The project helped interpret the local context, identify opportunities within the city’s F&B scene and guide the conceptual direction of the hotel’s dining and social spaces.

The focus of the project was to build a strategic reading of Budapest’s F&B market in order to identify what kind of proposition could feel relevant, distinctive and aligned with the hotel’s lifestyle positioning.
The work combined destination analysis, competitive review, local concept observation and a cultural interpretation of the building and its surroundings. The aim was to define a conceptual foundation able to connect with the energy of the city while preserving the international, expressive and contemporary character of the brand.
