Project narrative
The focus of the project was to understand how F&B could add value to an asset located in one of London’s most relevant corporate districts.
The work combined market analysis, competitive benchmarking, rooftop review, consumption trends and operator mapping. The aim was to define a strategic foundation to position the F&B spaces as an active part of the building experience, rather than a purely commercial layer.
