Project narrative

The focus of the project was to evolve AC Hotels’ B&F strategy from a brand-led approach into a more flexible, recognizable and adaptable guest experience.

The work translated the brand’s Mediterranean spirit into a clear food and beverage proposition: simple, social, cosmopolitan and easy to activate. The goal was not to create a rigid offer, but to define a common framework capable of maintaining brand consistency while allowing each hotel to reflect its local context.
