Project narrative

The focus of the project was to understand how SmartRental’s F&B spaces could gain clarity, appeal and consistency within a highly competitive market.

The work combined market research, trend analysis, concept benchmarking, customer profile reading and experience assessment. The aim was to identify which elements needed to be strengthened so that each space could offer a more recognizable value proposition, clearer communication and stronger alignment with its location.
