It is exciting when the Sirvent family leaves the comfort zone and decides to start a new professional adventure. Innovation detected! The result is Sirvent Barcelona, a new 400m2 space with the concept that aims to accommodate a more extensive gastronomic offer.

In a project of this magnitude, It’s Enjoyable had to satisfy a series of needs:

  • Define the gastronomic identity.
  • Determine the brand positioning.
  • Generate an audience on and offline among the consumers that best fit.
  • Attract the interest of influencers as prescribers of the establishment.


Gastronomic consulting, brand positioning, social media management, influencer marketing, reputation management and gastronomic photography.

In these cases, where a restaurant calls itself a multi-gastronomic space, it is essential to organize the offer by thematic blocks.

Three well-differentiated offers

According to the time slot and type of consumer desired:

– El Obrador: traditional brand products + pastry specialties. Breakfasts and snacks for all ages.

– Gastrobar: savory preparations such as normal dishes, salads and sandwiches. Ideal for lunch and dinner with an age range between 25 / 50 years.

– Brunch: international cuisine and traditional American pastries. From mid-morning to noon and focused on a young and cosmopolitan public.
