To activate Eixquisit (opt: relink to the previous project), we had to plan an event that symbolized its core values: commitment, quality and diversity. This was to be the biggest event with restaurants organized by the Eixample OPEE.
Barcelona is home to a large Chinese community. Observing this panorama, we did not hesitate to propose for a first Eixquisit activation event: the L’Eixample restaurant route in a wok.

15 RESTAURANTS, 15 EIXQUISIT DISHES
Each of the restaurants will offer an Eixquisit Dish that represents their participation in the event. Whether it is a special elaboration or selected from the menu, it will be the restaurant’s reference dish in the promotional channels of L’Eixample en un Wok.

We demonstrate that l’Eixample is a lively district where you can find quality local restaurants. A neighborhood where cultural integration is a fact both socially and culturally, where traditional Chinese gastronomy coexists with other cuisines and at the same time being a source of inspiration for young local chefs.
