THE CHALLENGE

During 2017 the OPEE (Office of Economic Promotion of the Eixample District) commissioned us to carry out a diagnosis of the gastronomic offer of the district. Objective: an x-ray of six neighborhoods and diagnose their state of health. To make an inventory of more than 900 establishments where we observe the diversity of gastronomy, the experience offered and its digital presence.

WE DELIVER

Strategic brand consulting, naming, visual identity design and brand activation.

Action plan:

  • Be the first brand created by the Administration to dynamize the sector with periodic actions.
  • Establish an effective promotional platform for local restaurants in the district.
  • Become a point of reference for neighbors and visitors from the point of view of quality and social commitment.

THE RESULT WE ARE PROUD OF

Such a detailed vision of the restaurant scene in the district has led to the launch of an official program to boost the sector. The aim of this program is to reward the restaurants with the best average scores in variables such as quality, restaurant design and digital presence. A small number of restaurants will be promoted. In 2 years’ time, the 400 outstanding establishments (and the new ones that join each year) will receive special attention in the program.
